Refund and Return Policy Demo

This Refund and Return Policy applies to products purchased through the Four Alarm Fire Services Ltd. website and applies to shipped products only.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

• Items must be in resalable condition

• Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Installed, energized, programmed, modified, or used electronic products

• Products showing signs of installation, wiring, mounting, or alteration

• Light bulbs and batteries

• Special-order, custom, or made-to-order items, unless defective

• Clearance or final-sale items, where identified at the time of purchase

3. Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization.

To request a return, contact Four Alarm Fire Services Ltd. at service@fouralarm.ca with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for the risk of loss during return transit.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only, after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective product.

Please allow up to 14 business days for approved refunds to be processed.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within a reasonable time after delivery. We may request photographs or additional information to assess the issue. At our discretion, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund.

6. Installation and Use Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application and installed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable laws, codes, standards, and manufacturer instructions. Improper installation voids return eligibility.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy is provided in accordance with the Alberta Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights where such rights apply.
